Meet Christina

I’m Christina Morrison, a business consultant and operations strategist based in St. Petersburg, Florida. After more than 15 years working with small, locally owned businesses in construction, real estate, and design, I founded Solid Ground to expand my impact helping companies strengthen operations, support their teams, and build financial resilience. Through Solid Ground, I now partner with businesses across the continental United States, providing the strategic guidance and operational support that enables sustainable growth.

I’ve always admired small business owners for their grit, creativity, and dedication to building something lasting. Supporting them has become both my work and my calling. Whether guiding strategic decisions, connecting them with the right resources, or collaborating with their teams, I value being part of the trusted network that helps a business grow.

Consulting is often thought of as something reserved for large firms with big bottom lines, but I believe small businesses deserve that same level of strategic support.
